We recommend attending at least two to three times per week to build consistency and progress through the belt system. Our instructors will help you find a schedule that works for your family.

Yes. Our After-School Leadership Program includes school pickup, supervised care, homework time, and martial arts training — all in one program.

We pick up from McClure Elementary, Minshew Elementary, Vega Elementary, Mike and Jamie Reeves Elementary, and John A. Baker Elementary. Contact us to confirm your child's school is on the route.

Yes. Our Summer Camp keeps kids ages 6-12 active and engaged all summer with martial arts training, character development, and supervised activities. Contact us for dates and availability.

Yes. We offer programs specifically for teens and adults focused on fitness, self-defense, confidence, and belt progression. All experience levels are welcome.

None at all. We welcome complete beginners at every age. Our instructors will meet you exactly where you are.
